Building a "Community of Unity, Prosperity, and Happiness"

(CT) - In 2026, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cai Khe Ward will focus on coordinating with the Front Work Committees of 13 areas to implement the model of building "United, prosperous, and happy residential areas" associated with digital transformation.

Implementing this model, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward strives for all family members to strictly adhere to the residential area's regulations and traffic order rules; to refrain from encroaching on roads and sidewalks for business purposes; and to actively participate in campaigns and movements. At the same time, they aim for 100% of households to register for the title of "Culturally Advanced Family" and to build "Learning Families"; to encourage a health insurance participation rate of 95% or higher; and to strive for 100% of households to have fiber optic internet access and at least one smart device to access information…

According to the plan, in June 2026, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward will conduct a survey, summarize and evaluate the results, and draw initial lessons from the implementation of the model.
