Establish 3 new grassroots trade unions within the enterprise.

On the afternoon of May 26th, the Trade Union Committee of the provincial industrial zones held a conference to announce the decision to establish three grassroots trade unions at three affiliated enterprises and to hold a dialogue with union members and workers.

At the conference, the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union Committee announced the decision to establish three grassroots trade unions: the Nasaki Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union, the Sunrise YB Joint Stock Company Trade Union, and the Super-Star Co., Ltd. Trade Union, with a total of nearly 300 members (these are three companies located in the southern industrial zone of the province).

Implementing Project No. 02-DA/TU dated December 31, 2025, of the Provincial Party Committee on propaganda and mobilization for the establishment of Party organizations and socio- political organizations in enterprises, and the peak month for union membership development - Workers' Month 2026, from the beginning of the year until now, the Trade Union Committee of the province's industrial zones has mobilized the recruitment of 9/6 new grassroots trade unions (achieving 150% of the plan), and recruited 1,005/1,500 new trade union members (achieving nearly 80% of the plan), bringing the total number of grassroots trade unions under the Committee's management to 92 with 16,700 members.

Immediately after its establishment, the Trade Union Committee of the provincial industrial zones organized dialogues to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members, workers, and employees.

The dialogue focused on: employment, wages, social insurance, social housing, working conditions, occupational safety and health, and policies for workers, in order to promptly address difficulties and obstacles and protect workers' rights at the grassroots level.

The leaders of the Provincial Labor Union answered questions from union members and workers.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Union presented 17 gifts to union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND, contributing to encouraging workers to strive for a better life, work with peace of mind, and contribute to the development of the enterprise and the trade union organization.
