In order to concretize the policy of the superior Trade Union, continue to focus on and promote activities to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, in recent years, the Labor Federation of Nam Truc district has directed and coordinated with the affiliated grassroots Trade Unions to advise enterprise leaders to build and implement democratic regulations at the grassroots level, organize activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers such as organizing workers' festivals, cultural and artistic movements, physical training and sports ; improve the quality of shift meals, organize gift giving on anniversaries, holidays and Tet; Organize rewards for outstanding workers, visit workers in difficult circumstances... For companies and enterprises with a large number of employees such as LongYu LLC, Viet Pan Pacific LLC, Nam Dinh Garment Joint Stock Company, Kinh Bac - Thanh Nam Joint Stock Company, to create a harmonious and stable labor relationship between employees and employers, the company always complies with the rules in the collective labor agreement, internal rules and regulations of the unit such as: Implementing clear and transparent salary and bonus policies, periodically organizing direct dialogues between employees and employers to jointly resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles, propagating to employees to understand the goals and development strategies to accompany the enterprise, properly implementing regulations on labor contracts, ensuring employment, working hours, rest time, focusing on occupational safety and hygiene, environmental protection...
Ms. Hoang Thi Ngoc Hien, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Kinh Bac - Thanh Nam Joint Stock Company, said: The company has more than 350 workers, including nearly 300 female workers, the average income of workers is always stable from 6 to 9 million VND/person/month. Over the years, the company has always ensured harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprise and workers always strictly follow the rules and regulations of the enterprise, comply with the collective labor agreement. The company regularly rewards workers according to productivity, ensures preferential treatment, encourages workers to exceed labor productivity and gives 13th month salary. During the occasions of Workers' Month and Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene, the company gives 50-60 gifts, each worth 300-500 thousand VND/person. Caring for the lives and health of employees, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union always pay attention to improving working conditions and living conditions for employees. In addition to ensuring the regimes according to the law and regulations of the State, the company creates conditions for employees to be arranged for lunch, support travel expenses with gasoline allowances, support employees with children under 1 year old, female employees who are pregnant from 7 months or more; provide emergency support when employees encounter difficulties; organize periodic health check-ups and organize specialized examinations; Maintain the organization of cultural, artistic and sports exchanges, organize birthday parties for workers... In addition, the Company's Trade Union actively responds to the emulation movements "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at home work", "Building cultural agencies, units and enterprises", "Good workers, creative workers" not only help businesses increase productivity and product quality, but also workers are rewarded appropriately and promote their creativity in work... Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet, a garment worker, said: In addition to ensuring payment of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and regular health check-ups according to regulations, the Company always ensures that workers work in a good environment, airy production space, production lines such as sewing, ironing, and product processing areas are scientifically arranged, tools and equipment are arranged neatly and tidily; All machines ensure safety and are arranged in reasonable areas; workers are fully equipped with labor protection equipment, strictly follow technical operations and technological processes when using machines and equipment, etc., limit errors and product defects, promote many initiatives and technical improvements to help businesses develop.
In order to proactively build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, in recent years, the provincial Trade Unions at all levels have actively coordinated with functional agencies to inspect and examine the implementation of labor laws and trade unions in enterprises; regularly innovate the content and methods of operation in caring for workers; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers; negotiate and sign collective labor agreements in accordance with the provisions of law, using dialogue, negotiation and agreement as a means to promote democracy; focus on establishing new trade union organizations and developing union members in enterprises, especially non-state enterprises and private enterprises. Receiving opinions, responding to aspirations and building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises has contributed to significantly reducing collective work stoppages, increasing labor productivity and production and business efficiency of enterprises. In the first 6 months of 2025, there were 4 collective work stoppages in the province at Amara Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (Truc Ninh); Yamani Dynasty Co., Ltd. (Nam Truc); Gennesis Sport Technology Co., Ltd. (Hai Hau); SRS Co., Ltd. under the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union with more than 10,500 workers participating in the work stoppage, with 34 opinions and recommendations from workers asking the company to increase wages, allowances and improve working conditions. In that situation, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with departments, branches, sectors, leaders of districts and directed the direct superior Trade Unions at the grassroots level, and grassroots Trade Unions to coordinate dialogues with employers to find solutions and respond to recommendations and proposals from workers. As a result, 18/34 opinions and recommendations were promptly resolved, and employees returned to work as usual, in which recommendations on increasing basic salary from 5-10%, increasing attendance allowance, shift meal allowance, and gasoline were all agreed by the companies. Specifically: Increasing attendance allowance from 300,000 VND/person/month to 500,000 VND/person/month; increasing shift meal allowance from 17,000 VND/meal to 25,000 VND/meal; increasing toilet paper allowance to 50,000 VND/person/month; increasing gasoline allowance from 200,000 VND/person/month to 400,000 VND/person/26 working days; increasing attachment allowance for employees and some recommendations related to management, behavior, and working conditions were all met. Other opinions and wishes of employees were accepted and adjusted by the companies in the coming time.
Promoting the role of the Trade Union in building harmonious and stable relations between employees and employers in enterprises through specific and practical actions, focusing on improving the lives of employees; strengthening inspection and supervision of enterprises in implementing grassroots democracy regulations; raising employees' awareness of responsibility for the development of enterprises has made an important contribution to building a strong working class and Trade Union, truly a reliable support for employees.
