“This shows that people are always willing to cooperate and contribute to building a safer and more orderly traffic environment and also shows trust in the responsibility and determination of the traffic police force in improving the shortcomings,” Major General Do Thanh Binh emphasized.

After receiving the information, Major General Do Thanh Binh directed the forces to handle the issues that could be resolved immediately; he noted down the issues that needed coordination with other functional agencies to direct the forces to implement.
Typically, on the afternoon of July 18, the phone of the Director of the Traffic Police Department received a text message from a citizen informing that the Viet Hung passenger bus, Hung Yen - Bien Hoa route, license plate 34F-008.39, had signs of cramming passengers beyond regulations, causing serious safety concerns.
Specifically, the driver let the passengers lie down in the aisle, not ensuring safety when traveling long distances. The message was immediately sent to the traffic police on the route.
At 5:00 p.m., Quang Tri Traffic Police stopped and inspected car with license plate 34F-00839, discovering that the number of passengers allowed was 34, the total number of passengers on the car was 49, and it had carried 15 more people. The Quang Tri Traffic Police Inspection Team proceeded to draw up a record of the violation to handle it according to regulations.
Mr. Hoang Van Hieu in Thanh Hoa said: “I learned the phone number of the Director of the Traffic Police Department through the CAND Newspaper, I texted to report the situation of some unreasonable signs in the area and received an immediate response.
