On October 19, the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee held a conference to meet and have direct dialogue between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations and people in the district in 2023.

At the conference, regarding the handling of illegal constructions in Youth Park, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung said that there are 14 illegal constructions and items in the park, including: 13 illegal constructions and items that are not in accordance with approved planning and 1 construction that misuses basement 1.
Up to now, the District People's Committee has completed handling 9 violating works and items.
Regarding the coordination work to prepare for the comprehensive management of the Youth Park, according to Mr. Hung, the District People's Committee has actively coordinated and reviewed with relevant departments and branches on "permitting to stop the implementation of the completion of the investment project to build the technical infrastructure of the Capital Youth Park" and has been approved by the City People's Committee.
The District People's Committee has coordinated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures to withdraw the task of organizing site clearance, preparing for investment in the construction of the Capital Youth Park and adjusting the land acquisition boundary according to Decision No. 442/QD-TTg, dated April 13, 2001, of the Prime Minister . The District People's Committee is continuing to direct departments and branches to review and develop plans to promptly receive the entire Capital Youth Park when it is handed over.
Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung said that the work of handling violations of construction order in the Capital Youth Park according to the direction of the City People's Committee in Notice No. 94/TB-VP, dated March 17, 2023, has been seriously and thoroughly implemented by the District People's Committee, facilitating the counting process and completing procedures for handing over comprehensive management of the Capital Youth Park.

He requested relevant units to collect and evaluate the implementation of directive and management documents sent to Hai Ba Trung district to synthesize and update the planning, and the locality must directly and resolutely handle illegal constructions inside the park, to be completed in September 2023.
