Dak Lak Market Management Department has just issued a decision to administratively sanction the business household of Ms. Pham Thi Linh (No. 426 Phan Boi Chau, Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City) with a fine of 10 million VND for displaying and selling counterfeit trademark goods; at the same time, forcing the destruction of all infringing goods.

Previously, on July 28, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 1 (under the Dak Lak Market Management Department) conducted a surprise inspection of a fashion product business establishment at the above address.

At the time of inspection, the Inspection Team discovered that Ms. Pham Thi Linh, the business owner, was displaying and selling 115 fashion products including hats, hair clips, and earrings branded with the CHANEL trademark (a trademark currently protected in Vietnam).

Infringing goods are displayed for sale at the business establishment.
