Emotional sight of the national flag flying at Ho Chi Minh Square

From early morning, people from all over Vinh city (Nghe An province) flocked to Ho Chi Minh Square to attend this special event. Thousands of people from all walks of life, from the elderly, youth union members to children, were all moved and proud.
