Zeno Emara 2025 - electric motorbike with "buffalo" battery, price 36 million VND

Zeno Motorcycle is a remarkable startup from India. Behind this small company is Michael Spencer, a former Tesla executive who played a key role in bringing the Model 3 and Model Y to the mass market. Michael Spencer was also a key player in the development of Tesla's Supercharger network. He is currently behind the scenes and developing the charging infrastructure for Zeno Motorcycle.
The first model that Zeno introduced was the Zeno Emara, a naked-bike electric sports motorbike, with a design that is somewhat hybrid with off-road vehicles. The vehicle focuses on simplicity and practicality but still integrates modern technology, suitable for daily use. The Zeno Emara electric motorbike is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 10.7 horsepower, reaching a maximum speed of 90 km/h, equivalent to a 125cc gasoline engine motorbike. The car uses a 4kWh battery, allowing it to travel up to 100km per charge. However, according to actual testing by Indian media, the car can run about 80km per charge on mixed terrain and slopes, a quite impressive number.
The bike has four driving modes, can climb up to 30 degrees, uses a chain drive system, and has a maximum load of 250 kg (including the rider). Other notable features include a 6.3-inch display screen. Front and rear braking system, 19-inch front wheels, 17-inch rear wheels, storage compartment at the fuel tank with a capacity of 5 liters, removable battery system, can be swapped at 150 battery swapping stations located in major cities in India. In particular, Zeno Emara also has an ADVENTUROUS version, dedicated to those who love to explore and conquer terrain. This version has a different set of protective accessories and is equipped with a special driving mode, which helps optimize torque for light off-road conditions.
With such attractive features, however, the starting price of the Zeno Emara 2025 is only 119,000 rupees - about 36 million VND when converted to Vietnamese currency at the current exchange rate. But unfortunately, the Indian car company has no plans to sell cars outside this South Asian market. The Zeno Emara electric scooter is built with functionality in mind. But behind the simple design are many smart ideas. This model is currently selling quite well in the billion-people Indian market.
