MV Agusta has just launched the limited edition Superveloce 1000 Ago with only 83 units worldwide, to pay tribute to the legend Giacomo Agostini, the racer who won 15 world championships. The bike features a classic racing motorcycle inspired design with a carbon fiber body, a signature red and silver color scheme, an Alcantara saddle embroidered with Agostini’s name, and a leather strip on the fuel tank engraved with the title number. Each bike has an 18K gold plate and Agostini’s signature.
The Superveloce 1000 Ago is equipped with a 998 cc DOHC engine, 208 horsepower, 116.5 Nm of torque, and an Akrapovič titanium exhaust. The vehicle uses Öhlins electronic forks, Brembo Stylema brakes, cornering ABS and a 5.5-inch TFT screen with integrated GPS navigation.
The MVICS 2.1 control system supports multiple riding modes, quickshifter, traction control and quick launch. Details such as a special key, carbon accessory kit and certificate add to the collectible value. Estimated price is around 80,000 USD (about 2 billion VND), delivery from 2026. This is a car model for those who are passionate about speed and racing heritage. Although the MV Agusta Superveloce 1000 Ago is not cheap, for true enthusiasts, this is a lifetime vehicle. It is not only powerful, beautiful, and limited, but also carries the soul of Agostini as an immortal monument in the world of motorcycle racing.
