Announcing new administrative procedures in a number of areas under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations on decentralization, delegation, and division of authority.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 2069/QD-BVHTTDL on promulgating newly issued, amended, supplemented and abolished administrative procedures in a number of areas under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations on decentralization, delegation and assignment of authority.

Pursuant to Decree No. 137/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government stipulating the decentralization of authority of local authorities at two levels in the fields of culture, sports and tourism; Pursuant to Decree No. 138/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government stipulating the decentralization and delegation in the fields of culture, sports and tourism; The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision promulgating newly issued, amended, supplemented and abolished administrative procedures (TTHC) in a number of fields under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations on decentralization, delegation and decentralization of authority.

This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025. The corresponding administrative procedures announced in Decisions No. 3684/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2022; Decision No. 4005/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 22, 2023; Decision No. 3520/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 19, 2024; Decision No. 3955/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 9, 2024; Decision No. 682/QD-BVHTTDL dated March 14, 2025 cease to be effective from the effective date of this Decision.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of Office of the Ministry, Director of the Legal Department, Heads of Departments, Divisions and relevant units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
