Journalist Do Doan Hoang: The most noble measure is… what you have contributed to society

As a veteran reporter and investigative journalist who has inspired many generations of writers, Do Doan Hoang always says: He works as a way to satisfy himself, going to 3 thousand mountains, reading 3 thousand books to see that he can still live a meaningful and useful life in this limited life.

Báo Nhân dânBáo Nhân dân20/06/2025

A rainy afternoon at the end of May swept us into his writings, which were endless but also full of intensity and determination, just like the way of life and work of the journalist Do in Duong Lam village.

The author took a photo with the Egyptian Pyramids.

I'm addicted to too many things in this life.

PV: When mentioning Do Doan Hoang, the public remembers a writer passionate about trips, people and specific stories.

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: In journalism, I always believe that there is something called the magic of the job . Journalists, first of all, must be passionate about what they are doing. Like me, I am passionate about trips and beautiful newspaper layouts. I have the excitement of a journalist when I review my own photos, especially when no one (or few people) have taken them before.

The feeling of joy when discovering the world , discovering the boundaries of the profession… is hard to replace. Mix it all together, all combine into one… addiction, when you measure the happiness within yourself.

PV: But it seems like you're a bit "addicted" to it?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: It is true that many people are addicted (laughs). Each person has an ideal in life. I chose to follow the path of dedication and be rewarded based on the "pleasure" of doing the job. I chose to "dominate" the newspapers, the channels, the fields, the lands of Vietnam and the continents of the world. Challenge the amplitude of... intelligence, emotions and even... muscles when climbing mountains, reaching the thin air of Tibet - the roof of the world Machupicchu - Republic of Peru or Lake Titicaca in South America. Put on an oxygen tank and listen to yourself squeeze every breath.

PV:   In the early stages of your career, what did you experience to be able to "ferment" this addiction within yourself?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: After graduating in 1998, I worked at a number of press agencies and in many areas such as the Youth Union, Association... After a while, I started writing more in-depth about cultural issues.

At that time, I was extremely passionate about culture, especially folk culture, archaeology, and generations of classical artists. When writing about the talented Ngoc Bao, every day I went to his house on Phu Doan Street to listen to him sing, to witness and understand more about the ups and downs of his life. And every time, I saw on the table an ashtray full of cigarette butts. Then he was even sadder when his relatives passed away… He opened a beer and sang for me. We both sang together. After the article, I also became a close friend of the talented Ngoc Bao.

Or like writing about the cultural researcher, President of the Vietnam Folklore Arts Association, Professor, Doctor of Science To Ngoc Thanh, I also went to talk to him many times. Every time I went, he said: "Son, you're there again? Give me what's in that vest pocket!".

Having said that, the old man... clicked the button, took out the tiny tape and placed it on the table. Then he continued talking. He told me everything. And I still remember these lines: “The first word of love for the Northwest was written by folklore researcher To Ngoc Thanh on the sky and mountains of this land. It was a letter V made of stone, which he placed on his father’s grave.”

That is, he had participated in building the grave of his father, the famous painter To Ngoc Van, before going to the battlefield. To mark it, he placed a row of V-shaped stones (the first letter of the word “Van”) on his father’s grave, so that later, “if God still allows him to live”, he could find it again.

I wrote the article, published it, sent someone to his house and held my breath waiting to hear him… scold me. Late at night, I received a loud phone call from him (at that time, I mainly used landline phones). And he said, I will scold you! I turned pale and said yes. “Well written! It brings tears to my eyes. It’s so long, I didn’t record it, but there’s not a single detail or sentence wrong.” From then on, he trusted me to turn on the recorder every time he visited.

Journalists , first of all , must be passionate about what they are doing...

Journalist Do Doan Hoang

PV: Passion, it seems that is a quality of journalist Do Doan Hoang, not only in the early years of writing, but also "applied" to him until now?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: Actually, I am always passionate about strange stories, passionate about my kind characters. I am fascinated by this saying: "If you don't read thirty thousand books, don't travel to all the mountains and rivers in the world, then don't expect to write anything to leave behind for the world."

At that time, I probably passed through all the most remote and dangerous areas in Vietnam. The four poles of the East - West - South - North of the Fatherland, or the remote and deserted villages, now forever lying under the lakes of the Tuyen Quang, Son La, Lai Chau hydroelectric plants, forever "unable" to reappear... I passed through them all.

I also gradually became "more or less known" for my discovery reports; I participated in "on-air experiences" for VTV with the extremely popular series "Strange Stories of Vietnam", films exploring Vietnamese nature...

Choosing to Stand on the Side of Tears and Kindness

PV: What about your characters? I still think you are a dedicated person, not only to the story, but also to your own characters?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: I will tell you a few stories like this, then you can think whatever you want.

First is the story of Labor Hero - Teacher Nguyen Van Bon . This is a very special man. He is the first education hero of Vietnam to be awarded the Golden Board of Honor by President Ho Chi Minh. In 1959, following the call of the Party and Uncle Ho, Nguyen Van Bon wrote a petition in blood, volunteering to teach in the most difficult "illiterate" place in Vietnam: Mu Ca commune, Muong Te district, Lai Chau province (at that time it was still the Thai Meo Autonomous Region). Then he cut bamboo and wood to build a school, called students to class, wrote letters on the back of a buffalo for the children to look at and learn.

The author (right) and the police chief of Muong Nhe commune went to find... traces of the legendary character Nguyen Van Bon in the border junction area.

In addition, he also built a laboratory in the middle of the forest for students to learn about local insects, built a museum about lamp tables to fight against opium addiction, and made a report to the central government to "eliminate" the pitiful problem of child marriage... He instructed people on how to fight bandits. Then, Mu Ca commune, from a place where no one was literate and had no roads, became the first commune in the highlands of Northern Vietnam to universalize illiteracy. The Minister of Education at that time, Mr. Nguyen Van Huyen, praised "teacher Bon" as the father of the very effective and humane model of raising students in people's homes in the North.

The first day I heard the story at the border junction, I thought: This man needs to be known to history . And I decided to look for Mr. Bon with a few lines of information about his hometown. I called the 108 switchboard of Hai Phong city to ask and find everyone named… Nguyen Van Bon.

At that time, there were a total of 8 people with the same name. Some were dead, some were just children. Finally, I met a retired teacher. Finding a character to write about that level was... like a rat's nest. (Laughs).

In the Northwest, people worship him, a mountain is named after him, when he is mentioned, people cry; but even those involved do not know… he is still alive. And when he tells his children and grandchildren about his life in the Northwest, they just laugh, seemingly skeptical, 'maybe it's just a fairy tale'.
Journalist Do Doan Hoang

Teacher Nguyen Van Bon (second from left) went with villagers to revisit Mu Ca commune, Muong Te in 2010.

Later, I wrote a series of articles about him and published them in 2005. My article that year was included in the textbook with the title “A Teacher’s Story”. Until now, teacher Nguyen Van Bon still calls me “son”, “the boy” who loves Mr. Bon the most.

When handing over the newly released textbooks to me in 2024, Professor Nguyen Minh Thuyet (Editor-in-Chief) was moved to ask me to personally give a set to "Mr. Bon", with the message: "I (Professor Thuyet) really admire Mr. Bon, hope to soon return to Hai Phong to visit and wish him good health".

The reportage by author Do Doan Hoang was included in the Vietnamese Textbook for Grade 5, Volume 1 of Canh Dieu with the title "The Story of a Teacher".

The work Discovering the World Wonder of Iguazu Falls by journalist Do Doan Hoang is included in the Literature Textbook for grade 9.

Or like when I wrote about Mr. Nguyen Xuong Hien , another very special character. The man from Cam Khe district, Phu Tho province fought in the Central Highlands front in 1973, destroyed 4 tanks, many M113 armored vehicles; was recognized as an elite hero in destroying motor vehicles, an elite hero in destroying enemies, and was awarded the Second Class Medal of Military Exploit on April 15, 1975.

But when he was discharged from the army and returned to his village with a few bullet fragments in his head, no one knew about his achievements and rumored that he had deserted. He was shunned and despised. He did not receive any benefits or support for veterans or wounded soldiers. When he returned, his wife had already left for someone else. Six years later, he remarried. He had to personally bury the six children who died from the effects of Agent Orange; only one survived, and was in very poor health.

Mr. Nguyen Xuoc Hien, a forgotten character that Do Doan Hoang has been pursuing diligently, to find the ultimate truth, the ultimate conscience. (Photo: NVCC)

Despite speaking out many times, at the age of 75, Mr. Hien is still not recognized as a person exposed to toxic chemicals, or a war invalid or sick soldier. When I went to the Central Highlands to find out, his story was still being told enthusiastically in museums.

When I learned about his life full of injustice, I got involved. During this process, I received a lot of “brickbats” from the wrongdoers. They proposed criminal proceedings because I wrote incorrectly, dishonestly, and fabricated. The local authorities sent a dispatch to the ministries and agencies requesting to revoke my press card, and organized a meeting of more than 10 departments to “criticize” me and my group.

I published the article: “A Song for the Honor of Writers” , presenting all the bitter truths that I had painstakingly collected. Finally, everything was clarified. Mr. Hien was exonerated, directly awarded the title of Hero of the People’s Armed Forces by the Vice President, and was granted a certificate of war invalidity and a monthly allowance.

Old newspaper pages with Do Doan Hoang find justice for a forgotten hero.

Another character is Mrs. Trieu Mui Chai , whom I nicknamed "Devil-faced Mountain Girl" because she had the "largest" facial tumor ever known in the history of Vietnamese medical literature. During a trip to the forest in Tam Kim commune, Nguyen Binh district (Cao Bang), I met her, lying on her deathbed waiting to die because of that tumor.

I immediately asked the provincial leaders for an ambulance and took her to Hanoi. We wrote an article and raised 500 million VND from readers nationwide to treat Mrs. Chai. 10 professors and doctors from Viet Duc Hospital and the Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology performed surgery to save her in 10 hours. Happily, she was exempted from hospital fees. The money raised helped the "Devil-faced Mountain Girl" recover, renovate her house and take care of her old age...

"The Devil Faced Mountain Girl" met Do Doan Hoang again in Hanoi Capital.

Or like the story of the boy who killed someone in self-defense (no one had noticed this detail before). He was detained for a long time, and faced the risk of being sentenced to death, my colleagues and I got involved and published a series of investigative articles. After that, the boy Nguyen Quang Hung, from Phuc Tho, Hanoi, was released in court. Now he is very successful.

PV:   I remember your other normal characters. Did their fates change when you entered the game?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: As I said, I am passionate about the characters I write about. I want to resolve the issues raised in my articles in the most thorough and humane way possible.

Before the “Heart for You” Fund was established, I wrote about the case of a 14-year-old girl with congenital heart disease in Ung Hoa, Hanoi. She was from a poor family, studied very well, but was forced to wait for death because... she did not have 40 million VND for surgery. Her mother had a mental illness and had left for several years, and her father had passed away.

I went to the National Heart Institute (Bach Mai Hospital) to meet and witness the scene of her wandering around asking for leftover meals from the kitchen to persevere... in hope. At that time, I wrote a report: "Poetry, don't... die".

In that year's work, there were a few lines that roughly said: "If tomorrow morning, readers do not have enough time to donate at least 35 million to operate and repair Tho's heart, I promise to give up one of my four car tires to treat her illness." My editor-in-chief of Lao Dong Newspaper at that time, journalist Vuong Van Viet, was moved when reviewing the article and decided to let my newspaper support the cost of Tho's heart surgery.

Later, the hospitals also established a committee to receive donations for the girl. The crowd was as large as a festival. After only two sessions, 450 million VND had been sent. Tho was saved, and the amount of money the newspaper brought to Tho was 5 times more than the amount needed for her heart surgery. The remaining funds continued to be used for surgery for similar cases.

Not only dedicated to his profession, Do Doan Hoang is also dedicated and kind to his characters...

Over the years, I have continued to choose to stand on the side of tears.

I still tell stories, participate in making documentaries, write about eternal issues of the most... human nature. That is the story of the beautiful, powerful and sacred tigers that are disappearing from Vietnam and other countries because of the cooking of glue. How is the pangolin the most hunted and traded species in the world?... Those are issues that have no borders, do not need "translation".

The author on a business trip to China.

While working, we realized: Borderless topics that do not need translation are the topics that have the most influence and go straight to people's hearts.

Journalist Do Doan Hoang

As an investigator, I always identify opponents as good as... Sherlock Holmes.

PV: You were already famous for your discovery reports, but then you changed direction to become an investigative journalist, a journalist fighting against environmental destruction, inspiring people to protect nature. What is the reason for this change of direction, sir?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: That was when I was working at the World Security newspaper, I was still working on culture and writing discovery reports. But then I felt that I was not really… satisfied. I thought to myself: If I keep doing it, it might just stop there. Channels like Discovery have been doing it forever. And young people, with smartphones and cameras in hand, will also discover everything themselves. What need do we have for journalists like me?

At this time, a colleague frankly told me: “Why do you write about things that are so far away from people’s lives? You should find things that affect people’s lives and their lives more specifically. There are so many people still ‘groaning’, so many life questions still unanswered out there.” So I decided to switch to investigation, diving straight into hot spots, trying to analyze, find a way out, and recommend policies.

Of course, no matter what stage, I want to give it my all, because that is my career, wanting to be bland is also… difficult (Laughs).

PV:   When transforming himself, did he still retain the Do Doan Hoang quality of being extremely determined to go to the end of the truth?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: Yes! When we do an investigation, we do it to the end. We make detailed plans, spread out equipment to collect data everywhere, work fiercely but also skillfully; we are careful with every little detail, with every word we write, every “millimeter” we crop each photo and blur the frames. We consider the humanistic and legal implications…

To be able to penetrate and reflect on the reality of the sea turtle massacre, journalist Do Doan Hoang took on the role of a "playboy", a turtle trader. Although he was heartbroken, he still had to try to smile brightly in the face of the massacre and death of rare turtles...

When doing an investigation, we will plan very carefully, anticipating every possible situation. Personally, I always consider my “opponents” to be the best , as good as… Kong Ming, like Sherlock Holmes. When you plan carefully, be on high alert as if you were facing a super criminal, super sophisticated, super deceitful, super intelligent, then in reality, if he is only 99% as smart as what you “set traps”, then you will win easily. There is only one way for you not to fail, that is you have to be extremely careful.

Journalist Do Doan Hoang during an investigation into the "stone bandit" ring in Suoi Giang (Van Chan, Yen Bai) in 2024.

Besides the issue of skills , one of the other extremely important factors is conscience . I am certainly not a journalist of any stature or greatness. I am just enthusiastic and sincere about life's issues. But there are issues, stories of conscience, I will fight to the end, otherwise later I will... receive retribution.

Conscience is vital. Conscience must have teeth, must know how to feel remorse.

For example, the issues of food safety, laughing gas, sexual abuse of boys… that I have been “fighting” for many years. I have to act as a responsible intellectual, a decent citizen, a father of two young children. If I do not do my best, my children could also be victims in the future. And I got involved, raised the situation and made recommendations very, very early, recorded and denounced very strongly. After that, other newspapers followed suit. And then people banned, people arrested those dens of poisoning and killing their fellow human beings.

Or like the series of articles about foreigners sexually abusing boys in Vietnam. At that time, we realized a big loophole in the Criminal Law when it did not stipulate that having sex with boys constitutes the crime of “Rape”. If this issue is not changed, about 50% of the Vietnamese population (all men) will be at risk of being abused without the Criminal Law protecting them as it should.

We delved in, investigated, posed as gay men, and talked to dozens of 12-15 year old children who were brutally sexually abused. They were forced to use crystal meth; the subjects provided recording equipment to film the children having sex and sent it to them to sell to those who run the “dark web”.

We monitored, filmed, recorded and then reported to the Ministry of Public Security, Hanoi Police. We also interviewed police generals, senior officials of the Ministry of Justice and social organizations, and National Assembly Deputies. After that, we aimed to propose to the relevant agencies to change policies and laws. To date, the above inappropriate regulations have been officially changed. I remember, at Nhan Dan Newspaper at that time, journalist Khuc Hong Thien also worked with me with long-term articles.

Then, about food safety and deforestation, we published exclusive articles. In one case, after the article was published, the authorities arrested 35 people at the same time, including the Chief Inspector of the province, the Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and 7 Directors of the Forest Protection Management Board...

There were articles that dozens of local agencies sued us. But we believed that we were doing the right thing, and had to stick to our ideals, with the most convincing documents that we had investigated.

PV:   When he turned to investigation, and later became an environmental journalist, it seemed that Do Doan Hoang was someone who could not be bribed?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: It's a bit difficult to give me money, even though I'm very poor and always... "thirsty for money" to get more involved. Personally, I don't care much about money. When I open an account, I never have more than 10 million VND.

Look, my zalo messages with colleagues, brothers, and friends are all about how much debt I have paid, how much is left. I pinned this debt up to… remember. Remember because I still… owe a lot, even my assistant [ saying that, Do Doan Hoang showed the chats with pinned information above each person's name - PV ]. There were trips where I borrowed money from colleagues, borrowed money from family to do it. I say this so you can post it in the newspaper, surely my "creditors" will read it and confirm. (Laughs)

When I have money, I use it for what I need and keep nothing. I believe that a person's energy can only be used for one thing. If I spend it on making dirty money (there's nothing better than making honest money), it certainly won't be used for true creativity. I advocate nurturing that, so that the energies of love and suffering can crystallize into some creative relic (laughs).

I can't let meanness get to me. If I take money from one person or another for the wrong reasons, I believe I'll lose somewhere else.

Journalist Do Doan Hoang

I must add, I have also been tempted and solicited to give bribes many times. Sometimes, it is very difficult financially. But I often calculate like this, for example, they bribed me 3 billion to exchange my honor for 30 years of writing (when I was arrested for taking bribes). So let's calculate: my entire youth and 30 years of working are only worth that much? Divided, it is about 100 million VND/year. Each month is less than 9 million VND. Why should I trade it to lose everything? Well, "If a flirt dies, he will be a ghost/If an honest person dies, he will be thrown into the field".

Besides, the money from journalism awards, money from teaching, speaking, writing books, consulting, and my other legitimate jobs still keeps me living comfortably, so why should I take bribes and then receive a "salary" that is considerably less than my current salary as analyzed above?

PV: So what do you think about money and material values?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: You have to be dedicated. When you do something, just give it your all and everything will come. That is the principle of the profession. I do not let down my profession so that it can nurture me for a long time.

I myself always work very hard to… be able to enjoy many salaries. I work as a journalist, write books, teach, do environmental protection work, investigate to protect the community, inspire people to travel and experience…

Journalist Do Doan Hoang was honored to receive the 2021 National Press Award A.

What is the return?

I published books and received some support from people… Someone bought the book as a gift for a friend, and gave me more money than the cover price. In the courses where I was a lecturer, the Organizing Committee sponsored me to conduct research as a model for the students. So I published the works, to do something for the community, to have more teaching materials and to continue to inspire.

In many provinces and universities, I was invited to teach and through that, I collected more documents, expanded my collaborators and recruited young people who were passionate about the profession.

I get to travel East and West to satisfy my “addictions” to travel and write. Then when I come home, I nourish my energy, then sit quietly and write. I think, I am just a wanderer . Travel and come back to write. Then I take the money and… continue traveling. I am like a bird singing in a tree; like a horse galloping on the vast steppe.

I use my strengths to do what I like. And also so that Life doesn't force me to do my weaknesses ...

Journalists need to do things that are useful to society.

PV:   Being kind to your profession, perhaps, besides working, is also being serious with your own work, sir?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: Of course. Personally, I am very strict with my work, from the morat error to each photo. There were times when we spent a whole month hunting for a suitable photo. And I believe that without that key photo, the report would not have been published! That is how I respect myself and the press public.

Even when writing, I also have strict principles and always respect them like a stoic person. I focus my energy and attention on this moment. I close the door to write like an autistic person, turn off all phones, social networks, remove all "distractions" from my body and mind. I keep my soul pure, not cloudy, not entangled. The stories of the reportage must really go into my memory, I must be passionate and sublime, wanting to tell them to as many readers - listeners - viewers as possible. Only then, maybe I can write "quite a bit".

Do Doan Hoang on a reporting trip to Cat Ba National Park (Hai Phong).

In a broader sense, in journalism, I think it is very important to have people with good life skills and who know how to do many things with a high desire for perfection. There is no such thing as saying: I have the right not to know this, because I know too many other things. I also tell my young colleagues: You need to translate the audio tapes into text yourself, so that every detail is absorbed into every hair. You need to learn the profession, following the motto: 3 months to learn to roll over, 7 months to learn to crawl, 9 months to learn to walk. Don't rush the process.

As a journalist, you must determine that your work must be aimed at serving the best and most demanding people in the community, and not think that they will read it carelessly or carelessly; do not think that if you say something wrong, superficial, or not very carefully, no one will notice. You cannot do that. Buying a reputation is thirty thousand, selling a reputation is three coins. Gathering firewood for three years, burning it in an hour.

Journalist Do Doan Hoang works in Australia in November 2024.

PV:   Looking back, what do you think is the most important measure of a writer?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: I have many “ideals” about this. But in the end, I always think: The press and journalists need to do something useful for society . This should be considered the most important measure of a journalist’s character . Don’t talk nonsense, don’t say my writing is good, my articles are long and very magnificent and beautiful. Don’t delude yourself. The issue is what you have done for this life, through that journalistic work; more importantly, through your image, your image, your career.

Recently, I have also introduced another slogan: The journey of doing useful things of the press. That means the press will not only use its pen and newspaper to serve society, but also use things outside the written page. Like me, I have, am and will use my self-sacrifice to make recommendations, to teach, to work with the authorities on how journalists participate in protecting justice. I appreciate seeing my colleagues use their personal images to inspire and do more useful things...

PV: Talking with you, I always see a Do Doan Hoang full of passion, serious about his job but also always has a huge amount of energy?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: I have a lot of energy. (Laughs). When foreigners ask me: Where do you get your energy, I say it's from... the sky. But in fact, it could be because I've practiced meditation for many years. Or perhaps more importantly, as I said, I know how to focus my energy on one main thing: Creating and nurturing everything within myself to continue having creative inner strength. I've learned to throw myself into action while still knowing how to let go, live optimistically; know how to see and respect the good points of others, and "not let bad people make me sad, hurt me - unless I allow them to do so"...

Journalist Do Doan Hoang on assignment in Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province, March 14, 2024.

I do what I like as a happiness. I try to refuse what I don't like, even if it causes many disadvantages. Even failures and pains, I consider as God's grace...

PV: At the age of over 50, are you satisfied with what you have achieved?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: I am satisfied. In other words, I am quite AQ. I have done a few things and have been more or less loved by some colleagues. From writing for newspapers, writing books, meeting many important people in the world, traveling all over the world, satisfying my passion for traveling and practicing things that are considered useful, and then being initially recognized. I have done things that are true to my conscience.

Perhaps because I feel so satisfied, I cannot do things like bribery, blackmail, begging, or opportunism. But let's not discuss it anymore. I am still trying to maintain my "writer's personality" and want to sow more seeds, more aspirations to go and write properly for the next generation.

Journalist Do Doan Hoang spoke and inspired students of universities in the Central and Central Highlands provinces about environmental protection; and exchanged professional knowledge with forest rangers and nature conservationists.

PV:   In the current context, what is your opinion about journalism and journalists?

Journalist Do Doan Hoang: It seems that, besides the excellent ones, there are still some recent articles that tend to “blend” into social networks. The lack of in-depth, professional “imprint” of reporting still happens. Besides, some works also lack analysis and the determination to “do something” more practical and effective.

I really agree with the viewpoint of my foreign colleagues in a book I just read: We need to sell our wisdom through press information, not just “sell” a bunch of information. In just a few seconds, any exclusive or new thing will immediately become outdated. Readers (the press public in general) always need professionals with passion, intelligence, perspective and high courage. Readers need wisdom.

Sowing the seeds for the future

Sometimes I think, if I just quietly do things, whether it is reporting, investigating or writing about hot issues of the environment and nature, how many more years will I have to be able to do it? Where will what I have done go? Will anyone "excavate" those newspaper pages to read my articles again? What will be anchored in the minds and memories of readers about a Journalist? Maybe something different from what I just said above?

And I always want to inspire the next generation about being a decent journalist. Decent in personality, in work; decent in every little detail.

Maybe, if I write passionately, not many people will read it, and if it gets few views, I won't get paid, but I have to be responsible for myself and my readers, no matter what.

And I teach to instill in young people a love of journalism, media, knowledge, a concern for life skills and the spirit of protecting the living space of all of us, of future generations, of humanity as a whole.

I speak from my honest experiences, from my real actions, from my own real stories. So that you can see the humane and eternal value of the creativity that they are reaching for...
