Le vice-Premier ministre Tran Hong Ha vient de signer une décision approuvant le plan de planification du système urbain et rural pour la période 2021-2030, avec une vision à l'horizon 2050. Selon ce plan, il existe 5 villes administrées centralement : Hanoï , Hô Chi Minh-Ville, Hai Phong, Can Tho et Da Nang.
