10 prohibited behaviors in Nha Trang coastal area

According to new regulations, both locals and tourists will not be allowed to fly kites, let animals roam free, play soccer, volleyball... on the beach of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province.

On March 26, the People's Committee of Nha Trang City announced that it had just issued regulations for Nha Trang coastal park. These regulations regulate activities of organizing festivals, sightseeing, tourism , entertainment, business services and using services in the coastal park area along Tran Phu and Pham Van Dong streets (from Bach Dang Park to Mai Xuan Thuong street).

Applicable subjects are agencies, organizations, individuals, tourists and communities with activities related to tourism, entertainment and recreation at Nha Trang City coastal park.

Specifically, the following actions are not allowed in the coastal park: Organizing sports activities, camping, entertainment events without written consent from the Nha Trang City People's Committee. It is not allowed to use the coastal park area to light fires, fly kites, organize meals, trade and provide services, except in cases permitted by competent authorities.

Residents and visitors are not allowed to lie on park benches, sit and trample on grass, arbitrarily cut, break, pick, damage trees, flower gardens, lawns, illegally use or damage equipment, structures, architectural objects in the park; urinate, defecate, or throw garbage in the wrong place. Do not let pets roam free, let animals defecate in the coastal park, let animals bathe with people in the sea; fish near the shore within the beach; swim outside the area with warning buoys, areas with signs prohibiting swimming.

The regulations include 10 behaviors that residents and tourists are not allowed to do at Nha Trang beach park.

According to the new regulations, it is not allowed to play soccer or volleyball in the coastal park; drive road vehicles on flower gardens, lawns, and walking paths in the park; and park road vehicles (including bicycles) in the park area, except in permitted areas.

Residents and visitors are not allowed to park any type of water recreation and entertainment equipment on the coastal park (except for rescue cases) or operate within the buoy warning area; do not use foot washing water columns along the coastal park or for other purposes; do not bathe, shampoo, or do laundry in the coastal park.

Nha Trang Beach Park is about 15km long, located on Tran Phu and Pham Van Dong streets. This place attracts a lot of people and tourists to come and play and swim.
