Handing over the retirement decision to Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage Nong Quoc Thanh

On the morning of July 23, at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong presided over the ceremony to hand over the retirement decision to Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage. Also attending was Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

According to Decision No. 1297/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, will retire to enjoy social insurance benefits according to regulations from August 1, 2025. The social insurance benefits for Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh will be resolved by Hanoi City Social Insurance according to the provisions of current Social Insurance Law.

Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong presented the retirement decision to Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh's contributions to the management of the industry. The Deputy Minister affirmed that throughout his career, Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh has always been an example for future generations to learn from and strive for.

On this occasion, the Deputy Minister also expressed his thanks and best wishes to Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh for his excellent performance in his duties and his retirement. He also expressed his hope that in the coming time, with his extensive experience, Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh will continue to participate and contribute to the industry in various forms.

Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, sent thanks and presented flowers to Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh.

Touched and grateful for the comments and assessments of Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong, Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh expressed his sincere thanks to the Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Cultural Heritage, and the functional units for their attention, support and assistance to help him complete his tasks well.

He also expressed that the affection and solidarity among the staff of the industry makes him feel secure in his work and devotes his whole heart and soul to the Culture, Sports and Tourism industry. In the coming time, although he will no longer directly participate in the industry's activities, Mr. Nong Quoc Thanh affirmed that he will continue to make efforts in many different ways to contribute not only to the Heritage industry but also to society./.
