100 million VND prize for teams participating in VNMS Club Championship

The new feature of the 2024 VNMS Club Championship season is that there will be additional prizes for clubs participating in races within the Nexus Company system. Specifically, in 2024, there will be 5 races that will be counted for points, including: VPBank Can Tho Music Night Run 2024: warm-up stage (April 12 and 13); Da Lat Music Night Run 2024: official scoring stage 1 (January 31 and June 1); Mekong Delta Marathon 2024: stage 2 (July 6 and 7); Dat Sen Hong Marathon 2024: stage 3 (October 12 and 13); Ben Tre Marathon 2024: stage 4 (November 3).

Lotus Land Run

Each team will have 7 members (of which the official team has 5 people, 1 female athlete is required) competing in a distance of 21 km in 2024 and is expected to expand to 42 km in the following years. The official award will start to be calculated in stage 1 - Da Lat Music Night Run 2024 (coefficient 1, 2 stages after that coefficient 2, which is doubled. Stage 4 is coefficient 3, which is tripled). To get used to and gain experience, the teams have started participating from the VPBank Can Tho Music Night Run to create for themselves the ability to adapt as well as train a strong mentality. An exciting atmosphere awaits the teams in Can Tho City this weekend in the warm-up stage.

Soc Trang team ready for 2024 season

The award for teammates is not only an opportunity for exchange, development, and increasing the richness and attractiveness of the VNMS Club Championship professional running system, but also enhances the spirit of team sports, training the will, rigor and interaction, and good support on the race track between runners. Because the score must be calculated by adding the time of all 5 people when the team with the shortest time is ranked first and in turn the teams with longer completion times. If a team has 1 member who cannot complete the race, the time of this member is calculated by the COT (cut off time) of the tournament, which will be very disadvantageous in adding up the time to calculate the score. Therefore, the team content will be very attractive when everyone must be equally strong, stable, and have the same endurance and flexibility.
