Hill Villas Luxury Villa Project in Phu Hai Ward, Phan Thiet City, invested by DMP Group Land Fund Exploitation and Development Joint Stock Company; eligible to sell future housing in a low-rise townhouse area of about 130 units.
In addition, there are 8 projects eligible to transfer land to people to build their own houses.
