As one of the many successful students of the school, Nguyen Anh Tam - a former student majoring in chemical engineering technology, currently a doctoral student at the University of Virginia (USA), working at the Institute of Technology Application and Sustainable Development NTTU - shared: "For me, NTTU has provided a high-level academic and research platform, helping each person assert themselves in their work and personal development orientation. Always "busy" with academic playgrounds or freely "let loose" with more than 60 clubs across many fields to help students develop comprehensively, exchange and study with international students. These are special "lecture halls" that help students cultivate and perfect themselves. These are important factors that help me adapt well to a highly professional working environment. In addition, NTTU continuously develops and improves the quality of education, expanding relationships with domestic and foreign organizations. This has created many learning and research opportunities for students, thereby helping Students become people with extensive knowledge and flexible thinking".

Huynh Xuan Hieu, a former student of the Faculty of Pharmacy, currently the Production Director of RV-OPV Pharmaceutical Group, said: "In addition to the knowledge learned in the classroom, the dedication and companionship of the teachers with students is the difference that helps us erase the gap to confidently exchange during the learning process. Moreover, not only integrating in the teaching method but also making soft skills a separate subject is an important highlight that helps me as well as the school's students mature and easily integrate into businesses right from graduation and this is also what helps me demonstrate my ability and be trusted by my superiors to assign important projects...".

Close connection between school - alumni - business

With a quarter of a century of building and positioning the brand, the school always sets the motto "Training must be linked to practice" and "listens" to the market to best meet human resource needs. Therefore, the school has strategic training and employment cooperation with thousands of businesses operating in many fields, large hospitals such as Cho Ray Hospital, Children's Hospital, Tu Du Hospital, etc.

NTTU regularly signs cooperation agreements with companies and businesses to create opportunities for students to practice and work.

In addition to the business community, since 2019, the school has established the NTTU Alumni Association Liaison Committee to participate in the operation of the association. Currently, the school has 19 alumni clubs under the faculties/institutes in the school. This is considered a bridge of cooperation between the school and alumni and businesses in creating an environment for internships, work, recruitment for students after graduation from the school and career orientation for high school students.

After 25 years, the school has witnessed many successes of generations of students graduating from the school named after Uncle Ho. Many former students and trainees hold important positions in agencies, businesses or even establish businesses based on the knowledge they learned at the school.
