At the 371st Air Division Command, a conference on flight safety coordination was recently held between the 371st Air Division, the 918th Air Brigade and the Northern Air Traffic Management Company to coordinate the implementation of flight activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.
The advance meetings outlined the flight exercises, the principles of coordination, and the civil aviation flight operations plan during training flights, joint exercises, preliminary reviews, general rehearsals, and welcome flights.

These activities take place on the principle of ensuring flight safety, following flight plans and limiting impacts on civil aviation flights to and from Noi Bai airport, especially international flights.
Division 371 presented plans for training flights, joint training, preliminary review, and general rehearsal. 9 flight groups with 30 aircraft including: Helicopters, C-295 transport aircraft, C-212i aircraft, YAK-130 multi-purpose training aircraft, L-39NG aircraft, Su-30MK2 fighter aircraft. 3 take-off and landing airports including Hoa Lac, Gia Lam, and Kep.
The Chief of Division 371 assessed this as the largest and most complex flight operation ever.
After listening to the plan, the units analyzed each flight plan and assessed the impact of each flight on flights to and from Noi Bai airport.
In the spirit of close cooperation and high responsibility, the two sides agreed on the principles of coordination, command and control of military and civil aviation flights, ensuring absolute flight safety, implementing the plan correctly and limiting the impact on civil flight activities at Noi Bai airport (especially international flights).
On July 10, Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem, Commander of the Navy, inspected preparations for the sea parade of Naval Air Brigade 954.
With the mission of participating in the military parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, the Navy Commander requested Brigade 954 to identify this as an important task and a great honor for the officers and soldiers. The Brigade needs to continue to do well in all preparations and flight training to ensure safety, contributing to the overall success of the parade.
The Government has assigned the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to preside over preparations for the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.
According to the plan, the military forces will participate with 38 units and the air force will perform. The Defense Minister has sent invitations to Russia, China, Laos, Cambodia and Belarus to participate in the parade.
