The conference had 40 participants who were managers, members and workers from agricultural cooperatives in the province.

The conference equipped trainees with essential knowledge, including: Common certification standards in agricultural, forestry and fishery production; reputable certification organizations; methods of organizing agricultural production according to standards for cooperatives; policies to support cooperatives in applying certification standards; legal knowledge of contracts, focusing on drafting, negotiating, signing, risk management and dispute resolution skills in business activities.

The conference aims to enhance the capacity and comprehensive knowledge of the management team, workers and cooperative members. Thereby, cooperatives can organize production more effectively according to certification standards such as VietGAP, GlobalGAP, Organic and other equivalent standards. This not only contributes to improving the quality and value of agricultural products, but also aims to protect the environment and public health.
