Provincial Youth Union leaders met and presented gifts to delegates attending the 2025 National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings.

Tuyen Quang has 5 individuals attending the congress and were awarded the title "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in 2025 , including: Ban Van Vinh, Secretary of the Youth Union of Sinh Long commune (Na Hang); Hoang Van Minh, Director of Thuong Lam Youth Cooperative (Lam Binh); Loc Minh Tung, employee of the Solution Department, Information Technology Center, VNPT Tuyen Quang; Pham Hoa Ly, Secretary of the Youth Union of October High School (Yen Son); Ta Van Nam, student of Tan Trao University.

The 8th National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings was held from May 16 to 18, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City. The congress was attended by 444 official delegates who are typical advanced models in various fields.

During the 3 days of the congress, delegates will attend the ceremony to report to Uncle Ho, award the badge "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park; visit and experience typical historical, cultural, economic and social sites of Ho Chi Minh City; visit and give gifts to Agent Orange victims; exhibit and launch the digital museum space "Uncle Ho with Youth" and other activities.
