444 delegates of the Congress of Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings in 2025

Attending the Congress were 444 delegates who were introduced and carefully selected through many steps, who were typical advanced models achieving the title of advanced youth following Uncle Ho's teachings at the provincial level in different fields: Youth Union, Association, and Pioneer cadres; rural and urban youth; young civil servants and public employees; young workers; students; young scientists , young intellectuals; young artists, young athletes; young soldiers and officers; young entrepreneurs. Accordingly, the proportion of female delegates accounted for 41.99%, male delegates accounted for 58.01%. The proportion of Kinh ethnic delegates accounted for 85.55%, ethnic minority delegates accounted for 14.45%. Religious delegates accounted for 6.09%. There was 1 delegate who was an Associate Professor, 11 delegates who were PhDs, and delegates with post-graduate qualifications accounted for 16.93%. There were 34 delegates who won international and regional awards; Many delegates won high-level national awards. There are 6 outstanding youth abroad, accounting for 1.35%.

The advanced youth delegates selected to attend this Congress are 444 different stories but share the same pride, enthusiasm, and creativity of youth; taking Uncle Ho's teachings as a guideline for all actions; not afraid of difficulties, hardships, determined to conquer the peak in all fields, in study, labor, work and life. You are all people with outstanding achievements in all fields, representing the young generation of Vietnam actively studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, such as: Delegate Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Le Hung, author of 24 prestigious scientific publications at home and abroad; Delegate Dinh Cao Son won the Gold Medal at the International Chemistry Olympiad and Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face of 2023; Delegate Dr. Le Kim Hung with 02 international patents; Delegate Pham Huy Hieu won the 2023 Golden Globe Science and Technology Award in the field of Information Technology - Digital Transformation and Automation, Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces in 2024; Delegate Nguyen Thi Hoa (Hoa Minzy) with the song Bac Bling has created motivation, inspiration, and renewed the culture imbued with national identity of the Vietnamese people, Delegate Sung A Tua is the owner of the Tiktok channel A Tua Phinh Ho with 7.6 million likes; 364.8 thousand followers with content promoting the land and people of Phinh Ho, Tram Tau, introducing local products and bringing some local specialties to the e-commerce market; Delegate Huynh Nguyen Phuong Thuy participated in the fight to successfully discover 09 cases, arrest and prosecute 92 subjects; Delegate Vu Nhat Huong was awarded the Medal for the cause of United Nations Peacekeeping by the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).

During the 3 days of the Congress, delegates will participate in many exciting activities such as: Attending the ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho and awarding the badge "Advanced youth following Uncle Ho's words" at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park; Visiting and experiencing typical historical, cultural, economic and social sites of Ho Chi Minh City such as: War Remnants Museum, Visiting and giving gifts to Agent Orange victims at Hoa Binh Children's Village, Tu Du Hospital; Donating works at the Saigon River embankment; Exhibition and launching the digital museum space "Uncle Ho with the youth" ...

The 8th National Ceremony to Honor Outstanding Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings in 2025 will take place at 2:00 p.m. on May 17, 2025 at the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials. At the ceremony, 80 most outstanding faces representing provincial, municipal, affiliated unions and various fields will be honored and receive the Certificate of Outstanding Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings nationwide. The program is expected to be broadcast live on the digital platforms of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

This congress continues to affirm the role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles for young people, while encouraging and motivating the young generation to constantly strive, train, and contribute their youth and intelligence to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
