On the morning of January 7, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations coordinated with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Hanoi People's Committee to organize a ceremony to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the victory of the war to protect the southwestern border of the Fatherland and the victory of the Cambodian army and people over the genocidal regime (January 7, 1979 - January 7, 2024). President Vo Van Thuong, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Truong Thi Mai attended the ceremony.
