Cobra Pose : Strengthens the spine, stretches the chest, shoulders and abdomen, and helps firm the buttocks. This pose also strengthens the back, reduces belly fat, improves blood circulation and keeps the heart healthy.
How to do it: Lie face down on the floor, using force to press your thighs and hips against the floor. Then inhale deeply, using the strength in your arms to slowly lift your upper body up. Note to push your body until it is stretched, pull your shoulders together and tighten your hips. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds.
