According to her medical history, as a child, N. was a malnourished girl, and her mother constantly took her to nutritionists. During puberty, her weight began to increase steadily. After that, N. bought 4 boxes of weight loss tea advertised online, each box costing nearly 700,000 VND. After drinking the tea for about a week, 1-2 packs a day, she lost 2 kg immediately, but N. fainted in the middle of class and was taken to the emergency room by her friends.

“At that time, I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia, electrolyte disturbance due to acute dehydration, and signs of acute kidney failure,” N. recounted.

Too scared, N. stopped all the weight loss products she had bought before, and switched to signing up for a gym and dieting. “Each meal I only ate 2 spoons of rice, boiled eggs, boiled shrimp, boiled chicken breast, boiled vegetables… It was very boring but I still had to try,” N. said. After many months of applying this method, N.’s weight also decreased slightly.
