This year, for the first time, Michelin awarded restaurants in Da Nang . Of these, 16 dining establishments in this coastal city won the Bib Gourmand award for "good food quality, affordable prices", and 19 new establishments in Da Nang entered the Michelin Selected category (selected by Michelin).
Mrs. Dong's vermicelli with fish sauce
Located on Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Hai Chau District, Ba Dong Bun Mam is a small but extremely famous restaurant in Da Nang. The restaurant has been open for more than 40 years but is always crowded with customers because of its unchanged attractive flavor.

Bun cha ca Hon also has broth made from many kinds of vegetables to create a light sour taste. In addition, the restaurant also has mackerel vermicelli and tuna vermicelli which are also of very good quality because they import fresh ingredients, not frozen ones.
A bowl of noodles at the restaurant costs 25,000 VND/small bowl, 30,000 - 50,000 VND/large bowl and the most expensive is 60,000 VND/bowl including sausage and mackerel.
Mrs. Hoa's fish noodle soup
This bun cha restaurant on Le Hong Phong street opened in 2009. Regular customers have been coming to the restaurant for years to enjoy its signature dish: bun cha ca.
The noodle soup has a sweet and aromatic broth with the scent of tomatoes, fresh fish, and homemade fresh fish cakes. Diners can order toppings including fish cakes and a piece of mackerel or tuna; or fish cakes alone; served with pickles and a little shrimp paste to round out the flavor.
The restaurant sells about 300 bowls a day. Prices range from 25,000 to 35,000 VND.
