Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association affirmed: "Today's closing and award ceremony has a special significance. This is an opportunity to review and evaluate the process of organizing the Contest; the results achieved, the difficulties encountered during the organization process, thereby proposing solutions for the next contests.

According to him, "Ensuring security and order at the grassroots level" is the first contest marking the successful coordination in organizing propaganda cooperation in this effective and widespread form between the Ministry of Public Security and Nhan Dan Newspaper.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh spoke at the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the Electronic Writing Contest on the topic "Ensuring security and order at the grassroots level".

The contest has greatly contributed to the propaganda and affirmation of the correct policies and guidelines of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security in building a regular commune and town police force; the results achieved in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level; recognizing the outstanding achievements, feats, difficulties, hardships and efforts of the grassroots police force; honoring typical advanced and exemplary examples, good models and good practices in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level...

He highly appreciated the fact that the Contest received the approval and enthusiastic participation of many professional and non-professional writers, journalists, and reporters from news agencies inside and outside the People's Public Security force with thousands of high-quality entries sent from the grassroots.

Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest spoke at the event.

"The highest awards have shown that the basic contents of grassroots security protection have been conveyed smoothly, have had a pervasive effect, and have changed the awareness and actions of readers, people, and party members from the grassroots level... When the policy enters life and is positively received by the people and work, I believe that the policy will take root and succeed," Comrade Le Quoc Minh affirmed.

In addition, the contest has also found and honored writers, not only professional journalists of the country's leading press agencies but also grassroots officers in the police force and amateur writers outside the force.
