9 Binh Thuan Taekwondo athletes were awarded the title of Grandmaster

BTO- Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: Binh Thuan Taekwondo Club had a successful competition and ranked 3rd in the group content and 3rd overall, which just ended on the afternoon of September 18 in Lao Cai province.

Athletes in joy after a successful season

The National Taekwondo Club Championship takes place from September 9-19 , 2024 in Lao Cai province, with 52 clubs from 45 provinces , cities and industries nationwide.

Taking place with many age groups, content of martial arts, combat with 1000 athletes participating. As a result, Binh Thuan Taekwondo team competed successfully, winning 6 gold medals , 6 silver medals and 12 bronze medals , ranked 3rd in the whole delegation after Ho Chi Minh City Taekwondo delegation and Hanoi Taekwondo delegation .

In this season, there are 9 athletes who were awarded national masters: Nguyen Truong Chinh, Nguyen Thi Le Kim, Nguyen Thi Kim Ha, Vo Khai Nguyen (champion), Tran Phuong Nhung (women's individual creative boxing); Vo Thu Huyen, Nguyen Thi Kim Ha, Lai Dinh Quy, Le Gia Phuong and Nguyen Tan Phat and 12 athletes who reached national level I.
