Runner-up Phuong Nhi (born in 2002) has sexy measurements of 80-57-88 cm. The beauty from Thanh Hoa is majoring in International Commercial Law at Hanoi Law University and is fluent in English and Spanish. Currently, she has applied to reserve her study results to prepare for the Miss International 2023 contest.

According to Phuong Nhi, her journey to participate in the Miss International 2023 contest will begin on October 11, 2023. The Miss International 2023 final is scheduled to take place on October 26. "I promise to fight my best to bring good results and glory to Vietnamese beauty," the beauty from Thanh Hoa expressed.
Previously, Miss Intercontinental 2022 Bao Ngoc said she was very happy that runner-up Phuong Nhi would represent Vietnam in Miss International 2023. Miss Bao Ngoc also sent her best wishes with great expectations for a "Top 3 without a runner-up" in the future.
