The specific number of learning hours is included in the main component of individual and unit KPIs. An ACB employee needs to complete an average of 67 hours of learning in a year. In addition, ACB Learning Center also builds a catalog of more than 250 courses from professional knowledge to self-care, "healing" courses in the true spirit of Work - Live - Learn ACB through diverse learning forms such as concentrated learning, online learning, consulting, seminars, group knowledge sharing, and practical training.
