A unique feature of Thai dishes is that when preparing, absolutely no oil is used and great attention is paid to the coordination of bitter - spicy - salty - astringent flavors. These flavors are harmoniously combined, making diners feel satisfied, not feeling full or bored when eating. When enjoying grilled dishes of Thai people, you will find the flavor rich and nutritious. Steamed and boiled dishes have a special aroma and sweet taste that diners will never forget.

The cuisine of the Dao ethnic group is not complicated, the ingredients are rich, and the preparation is also very simple. Coming to the Dao ethnic village, you will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional dishes with typical flavors such as: grilled chicken, boiled meat, smoked meat, sour marinated meat, sour bamboo shoot soup, grilled fish and wild vegetables... To decorate the tray, the Dao ethnic group uses banana leaves to spread evenly on the tray, arranging the dishes in a circle.

The typical cuisine of the Muong people with dishes of steamed rice, sticky rice, sour bamboo shoots, chicken with Doi seeds, grilled meat, boiled meat, wild vegetables are all very delicious. In addition, there are many other cold dishes such as: grilled fish, fish sauce, mountain spices such as spicy ginger, fragrant lemongrass, sour lom leaves all make the fish dishes very unique. The tray of food is usually displayed on a tray lined with banana leaves, which the Muong people call a leaf dish. On each leaf tray, there are enough grilled, boiled, steamed dishes and they are arranged very beautifully.

The cuisine of the Tay people is known for its bamboo rice, fern salad, dried buffalo meat, smoked sausage, bamboo shoots stuffed with meat, braised pork with Chinese plums, banh gio, banh bot loc... Among them, five-color sticky rice is an indispensable dish of the Tay people, five-color sticky rice is cooked with golden sticky rice, when cooked, the sticky rice grains are soft and sticky, with a mild, eye-catching aroma, and the colors are created from natural ingredients. Next is the dish of khau nhuc, considered a specialty with a particularly delicious flavor, made from pork belly; steamed with spices: basil, five-spice powder, garlic, chili, wine, vinegar, MSG, pepper...

When it comes to the special dishes of the Nung people, we must mention roast duck and roast pork stuffed with leaves and mac mat fruit. Mac mat is an indispensable spice in the dishes of the Nung people. Like the Tay people, the Nung people have some typical dishes such as: Sour chili bamboo shoots, Chinese sausage, Khau nhuc and cakes such as: Gio cake, rolled cake, gai cake, Khao cake, day cake, mugwort cake...
