An Giang organizes training for excellent students to participate in national exams

Opening ceremony of training excellent students to participate in the National High School Student Selection Exam for the 2025-2026 school year.

The review team participating in the National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2025-2026 school year has 180 students, taking the exam in 9 subjects, including: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography and English (20 students/subject). The Department of Education and Training of An Giang province mobilized and assigned 36 teachers to participate in training the team (4 teachers/subject).

The Department of Education and Training of An Giang province organized a training course for the team at Huynh Man Dat High School for the Gifted, Rach Gia Ward from September 15 to November 30. The total number of training periods is no more than 240 periods/subject, including the time assigned by teachers of the province and the time supported by experts.

Students attended the opening ceremony of training excellent students to participate in the National High School Student Selection Exam for the 2025-2026 school year.

The training content is included in the general education program, the teaching content of specialized subjects at high school level. Huynh Man Dat High School for the Gifted presides over and coordinates with Thoai Ngoc Hau High School for the Gifted and Thu Khoa Nghia High School for the Gifted to develop specific training programs and content for each subject and each stage; assign group leaders of training subjects to develop detailed training plans.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province Tran Quang Bao emphasized that the 2025-2026 school year is the year to welcome party congresses at all levels, therefore, the education sector of An Giang province strives to achieve higher achievements.
