This is an important step forward, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management, creating a solid foundation for Son La province to develop rapidly and sustainably.

The singing, the sound of the panpipes in harmony with the bustling sound of gongs in the festival night brought the audience interesting experiences about the land and people of Moc Chau plateau.
