At the Conference on July 28, the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Information and Communications announced Decision No. 1316/QD-BTTTT dated July 19, 2023 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the appointment of officials. Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, Head of the Department of Electronic Information, Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Information and Communications, was appointed for a term of time to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Information and Communications. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Lam congratulated Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen on being trusted by the Ministry's leaders with the new responsibility. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen is an officer with a long and steady working history and has taken on a huge amount of work.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Lam said: "Taking on a new position will mean different responsibilities, facing new challenges with higher requirements. Therefore, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information must create conditions for the following cadres to stick with and develop the field, together with the leaders of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information must grasp the strategic directions of the Minister and the Party Committee to solve more difficult and bigger problems."

The Deputy Minister hopes that the new Deputy Director and the leadership of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information will promote the tradition of solidarity, constantly learn, and develop the ability to manage in order to successfully complete the important tasks assigned.

Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, said that he was very happy to welcome another mature and developed officer from the Department, something that has not happened in the past 10 years. This is the recognition of the leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications for an officer who has made many contributions to the development of the Department.

Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen said that she and the Party Committee and leaders of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information will do their best to contribute, be exemplary, and determined to complete the assigned tasks; build a united, democratic, and strong Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, expand the space of the assigned management field; do a good job of managing information on the network environment, fight against and prevent bad and toxic information, protect the Party's ideological foundation; remove difficulties in mechanisms and policies for domestic enterprises to have the opportunity to develop on par with foreign enterprises.
