Attending the conference was comrade Pham Khac Quan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

Comrade Pham Khac Quan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, presented the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work to Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong.

According to Decision No. 4509 dated April 22, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer of cadres; the decision to transfer Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong, Head of the Information - Synthesis Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to take up the position of Vice President of the Farmers' Association of Dien Bien province, term 2023-2028 according to the elected position.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong thanked the leaders at all levels and the unit for their attention, encouragement and support. In her new position, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong promised to self-study, self-train, further improve her political capacity, and quickly approach the new job. From there, together with the Provincial Farmers' Association, she will build an increasingly strong organization.
