Handing over the right to represent the ownership of State capital at FPT Telecom to the Ministry of Public Security

The transfer of the right to represent the ownership of State capital at FPT Telecom from SCIC to the Ministry of Public Security is carried out in accordance with the Party and State's policy on restructuring and improving the efficiency of State-owned enterprises.

Representatives of the Ministry of Public Security and SCIC signed the handover minutes.

On the morning of July 16, in Hanoi, the handover ceremony of the right to represent the ownership of State capital at FPT Telecommunication Joint Stock Company (FPT Telecom) from the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) to the Ministry of Public Security took place.

The transfer of the right to represent the ownership of state capital at FPT Telecom from SCIC to the Ministry of Public Security is carried out in accordance with the Party and State's policy on restructuring and improving the efficiency of state-owned enterprises, aiming to strengthen the potential of the Ministry of Public Security in performing the requirements of tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, especially in ensuring network security, information security and specialized telecommunications in the new situation.

At the ceremony, Major General Pham Truong Giang, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance - Ministry of Public Security and Comrade Nguyen Quoc Huy, Member of the Board of Members, General Director of SCIC signed the minutes of handover of the right to represent the ownership of state capital at FPT Telecom from SCIC to the Ministry of Public Security.

Speaking at the ceremony, SCIC General Director Nguyen Quoc Huy affirmed the transfer of a strategic policy to ensure data security and national digital sovereignty in the new era, and expressed his belief that the Ministry of Public Security will continue to promote its potential and create more favorable conditions for FPT Telecom to continue to grow, playing an important role in Project 06 on building a digital government, digital society and national data platforms.

Major General Pham Truong Giang affirmed: The functional units under the Ministry will continue to coordinate with related units to complete the transfer procedures, ensuring that the new reception, organization and operation process takes place synchronously, effectively and stably.

In addition, continue to improve the legal framework, implement policies, and stabilize the organization so that FPT Telecom officers and employees can continue to contribute and strive to excellently complete production and business tasks.
