Fireworks and many attractive programs to welcome the new year 2025 in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc

TPO - In addition to fireworks, Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces organize many activities and programs to celebrate the New Year 2025 and the Lunar New Year.

On December 22, information from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Duong province said that this unit had received a reply from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regarding the proposal to organize fireworks displays on the occasion of New Year 2025.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agrees with the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province to organize a low-altitude fireworks display (150 sets) at the Provincial Administrative Center from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on December 31, 2024. The organization of fireworks must comply with regulations; ensure security and order, absolute safety in fire prevention and fighting, and not use the state budget.

After approval, relevant units of Binh Duong province coordinated to implement the fireworks display as planned. The funding for this activity came from socialized sources sponsored by businesses.

On the occasion of New Year 2025, in addition to organizing fireworks, Binh Duong also carries out many other meaningful activities. These include organizing the "Binh Duong Culture - Cuisine - Tourism Week" in 2024; "Welcome New Year 2025" Cross-country Race; Ceremony to honor outstanding collectives and individuals in 2024 associated with awarding prizes for the Binh Duong Provincial Identity Design Contest.

In particular, there will be an art program on the evening of December 31.

For the Lunar New Year 2025, Binh Duong plans to organize 1 fireworks display at the above location on New Year's Eve by the provincial level. 9 districts and cities of this province, depending on their conditions, will organize fireworks displays to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for the people. Funding will come from socialized sources, not from the state budget.

In Binh Phuoc province, to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, the locality will organize a New Year's Eve festival organized by the province in Dong Xoai city, from 22:30 on January 28, 2025 to 0:00 on January 29, 2025 (from 22:30 on December 29, Giap Thin year to 0:00 on January 1, At Ty year), at the Provincial Cultural Center.

Binh Phuoc organizes low-altitude fireworks displays for about 15 minutes at a provincial level. Districts, towns, and cities can organize fireworks displays with funding from social mobilization sources.
