"Ha came to pickleball quite by chance," Do Thi Ha shared with Tien Phong newspaper reporter, "It was last summer, the time when pickleball emerged and attracted many famous people, including foreign billionaires. From initial curiosity, Ha started to get acquainted with this sport, then realized it was quite easy to play and invited friends to join. I have to admit, this sport is really 'fascinating', and Ha had extremely happy moments with pickleball."
According to Do Thi Ha, pickleball is not difficult to play, and is easily accessible, making it a sport for everyone. From July 4-6, 2025 at the D-JOY stadium cluster (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), the 2025 Vietnam Pickleball Championship - Hyundai Thanh Cong Cup, organized by Tien Phong newspaper in collaboration with the Vietnam Sports and Physical Training Department, officially kicked off. As one of the participating athletes, Do Thi Ha is looking forward to the opening day.
"The development of pickleball has led to many tournaments being held, however, Ha highly appreciates the 2025 Vietnam Pickleball Championship," said Miss Vietnam 2020. "Although it is the first time, looking at the scale, professional organization and large number of participating athletes, including many top players, Ha is extremely impressed, and believes that the tournament will be very successful, creating explosive moments."
