Huge Bonus at VTV9 Open Pickleball Tournament 2025

VHO - With a total prize value of up to 2 billion VND, the VTV9 Open 2025 Pickleball Tournament is the tournament with the highest prize money in the history of Vietnamese Pickleball.

The organizing committee held a press conference to introduce more about the award.

The VTV9 Open Pickleball Tournament 2025 is organized by Vietnam Television - Vietnam Television Center in Ho Chi Minh City (VTV9) in coordination with VTVCab, Ho Chi Minh City Tennis - Pickleball Federation, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and accompanying units.

The tournament takes place from December 19 to 21 at Banger Stadium (Binh Trung Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), expected to gather more than 600 athletes from Clubs across the country, combining amateur and professional competitions.

With the message “Reaching high with Pickleball - Connecting youth, spreading energy”, the tournament aims to promote the community sports movement, bringing Pickleball - the fastest growing sport in North America, closer to Vietnamese audiences.

Actor Binh Minh eagerly awaits the opening day of the competition.

In 2025, the tournament marked an impressive prize of up to 2 billion VND, including cash and gifts from sponsors, the highest in the history of Pickleball Vietnam. Along with that are many subsidiary prizes for men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles.

The tournament aims to build a dynamic - civilized - friendly sports community, discover and nurture Vietnamese Pickleball talents, and at the same time promote the image of a modern and integrated Ho Chi Minh City.

The organizers believe the tournament will receive a large response from Pickleball lovers.

Besides the competition, the audience will be able to experience Pickleball, interact with artists, participate in technical workshops and mini games - creating a vibrant and attractive sporting atmosphere both on the field and on social networks.

The tournament will be broadcast live on VTV9 and simultaneously on digital platforms vtv9.vtv.vn, VTV9 Open Sports Fanpage, VTV9 Highlight and TikTok @vtv9highlight.
