
Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club celebrates 2-0 victory
On the evening of November 16, Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club played the second match of Group A of the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League Women's. Their opponent was Lion City Sailors from Singapore, who lost 0-5 to Melbourne City.
The match was a tight affair throughout the first half without any goals being scored. Coach Doan Thi Kim Chi sent Tran Thi Thuy Trang to play from the start to support Huynh Nhu in the attack.

The match was extended by 15 minutes due to a Singaporean player needing medical assistance. However, no further goals were scored. The 2-0 victory went to the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club.
