Busy with personal matters, Viktor Le has not joined the U23 Vietnam team yet.

Overseas Vietnamese player Viktor Le could not join the training session on time with his teammates at U23 Vietnam on the afternoon of October 4.

Viktor Le is the only player who cannot join the U23 Vietnam team on October 4. The team's rule is that by 4 p.m. all players must be present at the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) headquarters in Hanoi .

The remaining 22 players of U23 Vietnam, along with acting head coach Dinh Hong Vinh and his coaching staff, were present to prepare for the October training session. After the medical examination in the evening, the players were all in good health, no one had any serious health problems.

Due to personal matters, Viktor Le asked the coaching staff for permission to join the training session late at noon on October 5. He will be ready for the first training session of U23 Vietnam in the afternoon of the same day.

Viktor Le just played the entire match between Ha Tinh FC and PVF-CAND at home on October 3. This is the first time he has played the full 90 minutes since the beginning of the season. After 6 matches, the Vietnamese-Russian player born in 2003 has 1 goal and 1 assist, helping Ha Tinh rank 7th in the V-League rankings.

On U23 Vietnam, Viktor Le is playing almost in his usual position at the club, when coach Kim Sang Sik arranged him to play as a winger with a tendency to move into the center.

After the recent 2025 U23 Southeast Asia campaigns and 2026 U23 Asia qualifiers, Viktor shows promise in competing for a position in the 33rd SEA Games taking place next December.

U23 Vietnam under head coach Dinh Hong Vinh will practice in Hanoi until October 7 and then move to UAE for training.

Here, U23 Vietnam will have two friendly matches with the U23 Qatar team, which are considered to be of very high quality, on October 9 and 13 respectively.
