Early this morning (August 19), the latest match of round 1 of the 2025-2025 Premier League season ended with a 1-0 victory for Leeds United over Everton.

After the opening round, Man City is the top team after a resounding 4-0 victory over Wolverhampton. Coach Pep Guardiola's army has just sent a strong declaration of war to the remaining teams in the new season.
