On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory, on the morning of April 25, a delegation of Cao Bang Newspaper led by Comrade Be Dung, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of Cao Bang Newspaper, visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to Dien Bien soldiers who participated in the battle and served in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in Trung Khanh district.
The delegation visited and presented gifts to Dien Bien soldiers: Cong Van Chuc, Ban Hang hamlet, Chi Vien commune; Trieu Hung Khang, Dong Mon hamlet, Chi Vien commune; Nong Dinh Coong, Ban Phang, Dam Thuy commune.
At the places he visited, Cao Bang Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Be Dung asked about the health and family life of the Dien Bien soldiers. At the same time, he expressed his gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the Dien Bien soldiers, contributing with the whole country to the Dien Bien Phu victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the earth". He hoped that the families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, maintain the spirit of the Dien Bien soldiers of the past, and be a shining example for their children and the younger generation to learn and follow.
