Phu Yen Shoe Factory regularly applies measures to ensure labor safety, minimize accidents and incidents, and create a safe and effective working environment. The unit fully and promptly implements policies and regulations on social insurance, health insurance, and supports labor accident and occupational disease insurance for workers; ensures salaries and bonuses based on productivity; maternity benefits for female workers; and provides periodic health check-ups for 100% of workers.

One of the priorities of the Enterprise is to ensure stable income for workers. Currently, the basic salary is 6-7 million VND/person/month, higher than the average in many units in the area. In addition, workers also receive productivity bonuses, holiday and Tet support, and emergency benefits in case of illness or accident. From the beginning of 2025, due to increased orders, workers work 5-6 hours of overtime/week, thereby increasing the average income by 1-2 million VND/month.

In addition, Phu Yen Shoe Factory also invests in machinery and production infrastructure; the factory is equipped with standard ventilation and lighting systems, safety equipment, and accident risk reduction. Workers strictly comply with labor safety regulations and fully use protective equipment such as gloves, clothing, hats, and masks.

Ms. Dinh Thi Bac, a worker at the Facial Cleansing Workshop, shared: My workshop often works in an environment with many chemicals, so I always have to wear a mask and gloves to protect my health. The Board of Directors of the Enterprise regularly visits, encourages, and supports me, helping me feel secure in my work.

Ms. Cam Thi Thu, a worker in the Tailoring Department, shared: I just gave birth to a baby. In addition to the maternity leave benefits as prescribed, the Enterprise also supports me with childcare costs because my family lives far away. Thanks to that, I can work with peace of mind, have a stable income and stay with the Enterprise for a long time.
