Ensuring logistics and technical support for the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army

Major General Huynh Tan Hung, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee for Organization and Service Assurance of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, is the Head of the delegation.

According to the plan, the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army will take place in four days (expected from September 29 to October 2). The General Department of Logistics and Engineering has directed the Quartermaster Department to inspect the logistics (food and drink) for delegates attending the Congress at the guest houses; direct, guide, and coordinate with businesses to be ready to display and introduce products at the Congress.

The Military Medical Department develops a plan to ensure military medical services for the Congress; guides and inspects epidemic prevention and control work, ensures food safety and hygiene, and environmental sanitation at guest houses and conference halls.

The Department of Motor Vehicles and Transport presides over and coordinates with the agencies of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and relevant agencies to plan vehicles to pick up and drop off delegates thoughtfully, respectfully, and safely...

The Logistics Department, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army has coordinated with the Office, Ministry of National Defense ; the Organization Department, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and relevant agencies to grasp and synthesize the number of delegates and service forces of the units to proactively arrange accommodation and meals, ensuring correct and adequate standards, regimes, thoughtfulness, safety and economy.

Along with that, select comrades with high qualifications, experience and sense of responsibility, foster professional skills and dedicated, thoughtful, civilized and polite service to serve the Congress. At the same time, closely coordinate with the Quartermaster Department, General Department of Logistics and Technology to direct the development of menus, organize inspections and control all aspects of food service for the Congress.

The guesthouses have developed menus for each group and each meal; the menus fully and detailedly show the quantity and price; ensure a scientific , reasonable meal structure, suitable to regional customs and practices; and coordinate with relevant agencies to report to the Head of the Organizing Subcommittee and ensure the decision.

Units closely coordinate in exploiting and creating clean, fresh food sources for processing; food is exploited at reputable establishments with clear addresses, meeting business conditions according to legal regulations, with food hygiene and safety certificates...

Concluding the inspection, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the assigned contents and tasks according to the direction of the Organizing Subcommittee and ensure to serve the 12th Congress of the Central Military Commission thoughtfully, promptly and safely.

At the same time, the requirements for ensuring and serving must be thoughtful, dedicated, and safe; Agencies and units must uphold the sense of responsibility, grasp related factors, coordinate closely, and comprehensively and synchronously deploy tasks according to plan.

Units fully prepare human resources, means, and facilities, strictly, thoughtfully, economically, and ensure absolute safety during the Congress.
