Coordinate with socio-political organizations and primary schools in the area to implement the work of preventing and combating injuries and drowning for children. Receive and promptly handle emergency cases and treat cases of children with accidents and injuries in the area, and in cases beyond treatment capacity, transport children to higher levels to ensure compliance with regulations.
Direct commune, ward and town health stations to provide initial first aid and emergency transport for children with accidents, injuries and drowning in the management area. Organize first aid training courses to improve the capacity of medical staff, hamlet and village health workers, and school health workers in preventing and combating accidents and injuries to children in the locality.
