Bao Lam: Building 2 resettlement areas to serve Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project

According to the People's Committee of Bao Lam district, the locality is urgently investing in completing technical infrastructure in 2 resettlement areas (1 area adjacent to Loc Thang Industrial Cluster including 40 lots, area from 95 m2 to 320 m2/lot and 1 lot in Lam Dong Bauxite - Aluminum Project including 108 lots, area 320 m2/lot) to arrange resettlement for households that have to be relocated when implementing the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project through Bao Lam district.

Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project (phase 1 has been approved), Bao Lam has 66 households that must be resettled to implement the project. Of which, 12 households are resettled to implement the rest stop of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project. Currently, the authorities of Bao Lam district, the communes where the expressway passes through, the Lam Dong Provincial Traffic Project Management Board and related units have handed over 189 land clearance stakes and road boundary markers to Bao Lam district.
