Bao Loc: Reclaiming 9,738 square meters to build a resettlement area to serve the expressway project

(LĐ online) - Bao Loc City People's Committee has just issued a notice on the recovery of land previously assigned to a number of companies and enterprises, to implement the Project of building a resettlement residential area to serve the two expressway projects Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong.

Detailed planning at scale 1/500 of resettlement residential area serving the expressway project

Accordingly, Bao Loc City People's Committee will proceed to reclaim 9,738 square meters of land in the detailed planning area for the construction of Loc Son 1 Primary School (Loc Son Ward, Bao Loc City). This land area was previously assigned to Lam Dong Tea Joint Stock Company (1,103 m ² ), Center for Seeds and Agricultural Materials (6,300 m ² ), Ngoc Bao Tea Joint Stock Company (1,556 m ² ) and Lam Dong Industrial Construction Company Limited (779 m ² ).

This is the first resettlement area in Lam Dong province deployed by Bao Loc city to serve the two expressway projects Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong with a total cost of 15 billion VND.

According to Bao Loc City People's Committee, the resettlement area will be invested in completing a 170 m long internal road, 8 m wide road surface, along with lighting system, fire fighting water supply, and other auxiliary works.

Regarding the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project (phase 1 has been approved), currently, Duc Trong, Di Linh, Bao Lam districts and Bao Loc city where the expressway passes through are urgently deploying stakes, receiving handover of stakes for site clearance, road boundary markers; measuring and counting crops and livestock to serve the work of compensation and site clearance.
