Despite their difficult family circumstances, with their parents working as farmers with unstable incomes, the two children have continued to strive to improve themselves. "Studying is the only way to escape poverty and change their fate," Thao shared.
The two sisters said they always remind each other to try harder every day. After school, they help their parents with housework, gardening, and raising livestock. Thao expressed her desire to study Literature Pedagogy at Vinh University, while Thuong chose to study law at Hanoi Law University.
"Although it was difficult, we never thought of giving up," Thuong affirmed.
