The family of Mrs. Tran Thi Thu Thuy (born in 1968) in Phu Oc village is poor. Mrs. Thuy is often sick, making life even more difficult and arduous. Receiving Tet gifts from Quang Tri Newspaper and Thien Tam Fund - VinGroup Corporation, Mrs. Thuy emotionally said: "Tet is approaching so I have many worries. It is known that from January 1, 2025, Linh Hai commune will be merged into Gio Son commune. Currently, Gio Son commune has 68 poor households and 80 near-poor households. In the past, the locality has made efforts to mobilize to carry out poverty reduction work, but resources are still limited.
