Storm No. 3 weakens, causing rain in Tuyen Quang province

According to the Tuyen Quang Province Hydrometeorological Station, from the night of July 22 to the night of July 24, due to the influence of the weakened low pressure area from storm No. 3, followed by the tropical convergence zone connecting with the low pressure area analyzed above, the province will have scattered moderate rain and thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from 20-50mm, over 100mm in some places; the southern part of the province (including forecast locations: Minh Xuan, Ham Yen, Yen Son, Son Duong) will have moderate rain, heavy rain (locally very heavy rain) with rainfall ranging from 40-100mm, over 150mm in some places. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by whirlwinds, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Warning of high intensity rain >80mm/3h.

From July 25, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in some areas of the province with rainfall ranging from 10-40mm/24 hours, locally over 70mm/24 hours.

Heavy rain can be accompanied by thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds that can break trees, damage houses, traffic works and infrastructure, endangering human life.
